The truth is we don't know if online poker is rigged because these are shady offshore companies that don't give a damn about us. When are we going to get a "real" cardroom. I'm not going to stop playing though, even if I have my suspicions.

Of course bad beats are going to happen. Still, I'm convinced that they happen more often online because so many more people are just too stupid to know when to fold. JMO

There are more 'bad beats' in online play because the pace is so much faster. But if the room is legit, as most of those that have been around a while are, they have no need to cheat. They're doing fine with an honest game and low overhead.

I think the online sites are coded to reward the lower odds so it keeps fish playing.
