The word shit is, in reality, not a word at all. It is an acronym! Years ago, Europeans would ship manure to the colonies for fertilization of there crops. When manure comes in contact with saltwater it creates methane gas. Which was deadly on a ship at sea. So they would mark the containers with the letters S H I T...Ship High In Transit!
