I only even played the casino because i have over $50dollars that i cant withdraw even though i never signed up for any bonus or asked to be part of any bonus. they explained i had to play casino to get this money so when i did they took the money from my actual balance and just added it to the "bonus" when i won. so i played 5 hands and lost my own money.

Hello, my name is Jonathan Dowelll. I'll be assisting you today.
hamilton: I have requested a withdraw and it will not let me withdraw now. Why is this happening??
Jonathan Dowelll: Hello hamilton
hamilton: can you help me
hamilton: ?
Jonathan Dowelll: Let me see what the issue is.
Jonathan Dowelll: One moment please.
Jonathan Dowelll: I checked your account and I do not see a pending withdrawl.
hamilton: no shit, i tried to withdraw my full balance of 842.43 and it would not let me. I am requesting a full withdrawl.
Jonathan Dowelll: One moment please.
Jonathan Dowelll: It seems your account is pending review for a dispute regarding unpaid funds. Therefore you must wait until your review is complete to be able to withdraw.
hamilton: is this real. i dont want any bonus. if this check bounces i am going to butt fuck your whole staff. send me the check as soon as possible. I will follow up.
Jonathan Dowelll: i apologize for the inconvenience is there anything else i can do for you?

Someone is leaving important details out here. Now maybe this is just a typo...
"look at my last casino play i risked 5dollars and 3 of my own moeny"
But if you bet 5 but only used 3 of your own money, then you are using some bonus account. It is possible you are mistaken somehow? I have not seen any other comparable problems with Carbon from others in the variou forums. Maybe you are just not understanding what is happening. No one else is putting real money in the casino, and not getting real money back....
Help us understand better. Maybe send an email to support. They also have a VIP support I can give you their email if you can explain it better here...

Now, with this latest post, you are being dumb using inappropriate language with support staff. That will get you nowhere and just make it worse.

I'm fairly smart and trying to understand the problem correctly. Maybe you have misunderstood what is happening and what you are supposed to do. I am confident if you either explain it fully here, or try to get a full explaination from Carbon support, you will see what the story is.
Carbon is hardly a scam outfit, but sometimes they make mistakes, and sometimes the customers make mistakes
In reality, live support is not the place for a complex issue. Email support is likely the best way to handle this, if you can keep your cool.Last edited by WECpoker; 10-25-2013 at 04:59 AM.

I think i get it. He is using his bonus which he never asked for and any moey he won in casino is being taken from his real money and put back into his bonus account so that he may NEVER withdrawl it..

This is what bugs me about Carbon: No separation of casino funds from poker funds. I never apply for bonuses, however I noticed when they started to do 10% cash back on casino losses at Carbon, they put a rollover requirement on those funds that you get back. Now you have to lose those funds right away to keep your poker money separated since they don't separate your bank accounts for you.
Casino isn't worth it anyway. Stay far away from any casino games. You will lose money 95% of the time.
