Great Job. The fact that you finished the 200 FF bring you 25% RB on $20 of rake. That's a $5 win on your original roll of $11.70. Now that is good ROI. You also have banked 200 vip pts and are 50 away from this week to play the 125seats to the 125k this weekend. With you starting $2 bounties 2morrow, you will get there and hit earth tier to boot next month giving your an additional 6% daily cash rebates and Pts for Cash redemptions. You are well on your way. GL and LMK what I can do to help. Wecome back DonMega

27 -$1 $2 -19% -$15 Tilt
as you can see, i'm tilted. I think sitting next to lilg in po fr started the tilt, lol. Thank God for rb, at least that will help with the losses so far, trying to increase # of tables I play at once, don't know if that is hurting my late stage game or if just getting unlucky, made it to bubble with big stack couple times and only got 3rd once and still bubbled in other. I'm comfortable playing 2 at a time, tried 3 yesterday, seemed ok, gonna keep trying, think just had a bad run of cards, br down to 65 now, so still comfortably in the step 3 ($2) range. Trying to get to the first tier by end of week on new skin to get the vip rb also.
Cookies: I see flh ring game is your specialty, nice job, i never do well at ring games, terrible at flh, maybe need a lesson, .

Simple BRM rule to stick by. (SNG only) Calculating when to move up in limits/buy-in. Pick one of these, 20 buy-in, 30 buy-in, or 40 buy-in. This is going to tell you when to move up a level/limits and the amount of buy in you should have in choosing limits to play. I'm going to pick the 40 buy-in. STICK WITH THIS. OK, say I have a starting bankroll of $20. My choice would be DON of course. Anyway calculating when to move up. Moving up from $1 SNG to $2 SNG. Its easy, take buy-in you chose and times that by the limit you want to be on. Since I'm sticking with my 40 buy in rule and I want to move up to playing $2 SNG. Take the 40 and time that by 2 and that equal to a bankroll of $80. So my bankroll should be $80 before moving up to $2 SNG limits.
For 40 buy in Level-
Playing $2- (40 times $2 = $ 80)
Playing $3- (40 times $3 = $120)
Playing $5- (40 times $5 = $200)
Playing $10- (40 times $10= $400)
For 30 Buy in Level-
playing $2 (30 times $2 = $ 60)
playing $3 (30 times $3 = $ 90)
playing $5 (30 times $5 = $150)
playing $10 (30 times $10 = $300)
For 20 buy in Level-
playing $2 (20 times $2 = $40)
playing $3 (20 times $3 = $60)
playing $5 (20 times $5 = $100)
playing $10 (20 tiimes $10= $200)
I recommend going with the 30 buy in or 40 buy in rule. The 20 buy-in is way to dangerous, but I see a lot of people on this post following it. You got to be a real good player to follow the 20 buy in though. Well as for me I know the BRM rule, but I just can't follow it well no more. When I was following it, I did pretty well, but I sort of lost all patience for it that why I'm here. Hope this helps. Also for cash game players its 60-100 buy in. My little cousin told me that (He made a little over $12,000 playing omaha hi/lo cash game in 2 years at pokerstar before black friday.)Last edited by bishking; 02-24-2012 at 02:12 PM.
