so i redeem the last 2 days and i see a loyalty bonus of 10% for carbon redeems, but i dont qualify..huh??..i think you should grandfather your loyal members who actually redeem with you on a regular basis, we are the peeps who will be around in the long run, just look at my redeem history..is this possible zab, lmk..ty
