once you score in Carbon or Juicy.... play sit n go's... and tourneys in the $3 buy in range.... beware of the micro cash games

smaller cash games tend to be donkfests. 6 seat sit and gos on carbon start at .11

Not sure exactly what you mean. If you are just talking about freerolls, then just play as many of them as you can and avoid cash games where it can disappear very quickly.
