Im not 100% on legal matters but if it is found the owners illegaly syphoned money out of the company is it not possible to sue them for repayment. That probaly isnt possible but for sure they will not just get away with it.
Considering the full tilt owners have been indicted i would say that jail is what is firmly on their mind atm.

i would reivest in a new poker site and those that had money owed would be rewarded with rake points and special tournys entrys

yes they r worried about jail time but also they probably dont want ppl knowing their names either as that could lead to personall protection issues .i had $3 there when the stuff went south so i can live without it.i personally like the idea of regulation,it gives the gov their cut also it keeps them more honest in how there software works,which benefits the player that there is no funny stuff going on.
