I bet ya alot of pros take riddilin. I've taken a few times back in the day at school when needed to study for test and i kicked ass studying and with the end of the year test. so i bet ya quite a few do

There's no unified poker league that would be able to enforce this rule. But if the organizers of a specific tournament decided that they wanted to drug test their players, well then I guess that's their right.
