Really good idea. Personally, I always smoke pot when I play so tilt doesn't exist lol.

Bad idea. Reinforces bad habits. Either take a brake, or drop to lower stakes and practice your way out of it. I always revert to a patient, conservative style and force myself to use the clock while counting outs/odds.

This is true and I think is good advice for the player that wants to be very serious about getting better, but sometimes you have to just have some fun.
