    How to play small Pocket Pairs?

    Any suggestions?

    limp in unless your short stack than you got to push if in position and no one raise i would raise about 2.5x

    It's all about implied odds in my view, but because ~90% of the time you will hate the flop, it is better to have multiway action in an unraised pot.

    the only way to play small pocket pairs is to hope that u hit on the flop or maybe turn, unless u get lucky and pop a trip on the river, of course if everyones checkin

    try to hit a set. if you don't bail. don't try and bluff to often unless you smell somn fishy

    Small pocket pairs you do whats called set mining...see flop cheap if hit set go...if not fold

    EXACTLY, so why do people call raises or raise with small pairs? guess donks will be donks and over value small pairs or any 2 for that matter!

    So much depends on position and relative stack size. I'll fold them a lot in early position, but if the play folds to me in later position I may raise. If there are a lot of limpers in the pot, I'll limp along.
