How to play 5 card poker?

I know, poker can be played with two cards. But, recently saw players were playing poker with 5 cards each. So, whats are the steps to play such kind of poker? And what type of poker is it?

Hi everybody, 5 cards draw is the fist game i played when i started to know about poker, i played it in college, but once i played texas holden i just forgot about 5 cards draw. Pokerstar has many satelite freerolls where you can practice 5 cards, omaha, stud, badugi... it is realy nice.
