How often are you suppose to see quads?

i see them quite a bit in omaha and hi lo omaha, but i defo think in holdem is much rarer tho, hope they dont keep gettin u tho and GL

i dont get quads a long time ago--- and is to sad because other people have the quads with just una card on his hand is crap or worst you have k3 and flop 333 but you fold that hand before see the flop--- sucks
