How long have I've been playing poker. Well the "Dead Sea" was only sick then. I've been playing poker for over 50 years. Most likley around 55 years. I played poker with my great-uncle on Saturday nights, we played for match-sticks. I was raised by my Great-grand-mother, we were poor and didn't have a TV, so my Uncle and I played poker.

I have been playing poker for 10 years now. I played my very first WSOP main event this year. Although I didn't cash, I really enjoyed the tournament.

I'm 20 years old, my father taught me 5 stud when I was about 7 or 8. I was a bit of a math wiz from an early age and quickly took to the idea of reading it all by statistics. I played my first casino game at 18 in the Hard Rock Seminole Tampa, Fl. Since then, the casinos in which I'm legal, and the ones I've been lucky enough to not get carded in, I've never left a table game with profiting. I somehow only managed to discover online poker after black friday, sadly. But I seem to have issues online at times. I've never broke the bank for too much but I've also never seemed to established a decent bankroll. I have a great winning session, get up $100. Just to lose it again the next day. I wouldn't be so bothered if I wasn't a pretty decent live player. Anyone have any basic advice to how to keep the discipline online that i seem to struggle with compared to live? My goal is to build my online BR to $1500 by the time our faithful PS and FTP return in the next few years. May seem like a relatively small goal but to me its modest enough to be happy. Thanks all

About a year now. Mostly free rolls, made 2 $50 deposits & made around 2,000 so far. Planning to get good enough to quit my day job.
