How easily do you tilt?

I never tilt. It is not in my mindset. I always have been very mild mannered. I honestly believe golf has had a lot to do with that. Golf has taught me patience and the importance of staying level headed. If you get too happy too sad or too mad, you cannot swing properly, you cannot strategize properly, you can not score well. Same with poker. If you are not level headed you cannot win.

I tilt very rarely. It happens on occasion, when my frustration level goes through the roof and I just get to the point where I start throwing a mental temper tantrum, and my chips start flying all over the place. But for the most part, I usually want to win too badly to let tilt screw me up. It doesn't stop random stupidity from creeping into my game though.

I tilt way to easy and it is a huge leak for me. That being said I'm actually way better about it then I once was.
