I find it helps to never be impressed with the hand I have. Sometimes I'll have the other player destroyed and I'll still expect to lose. Call me pessimistic, but I don't get disappointed - just wonderfully surprised sometimes when I win.

Once I start. it is very difficult to regain my composure. The only way I recover from tilt is to get lucky and get most of my money back. otherwise I think every time I get a decent starting hand I should win and I play like a moron

The first post was really well put. You can grind for days and end up losing a few big hands you should of won and then boom all the grinding youve been doing just goes to sh*& bc your playing everyhand trying to get it back but the nights you lose are the nights you learn the most.
