tilting is more of a personal think i found but best trick to relive a bad tilt for a bad beat is to take a walk if u have chips to take a min and get a drink or something for 1-3 mins so u can calm down so your decisions are yours not your angry emotions. gl to all and just remember is game that supposed to be fun

the key is to play each hand the best you can and whatever happens when the cards come out happens, but if you made the best decison at the time there is no need to tilt, just keep making the right decisions and your game will be strong in the long run- if you let the game get to you you will never make the right decisions.

Just have to not let a beat get to you. Positive thinking is the only way to control tilt.
