What do you guys think about this? Seems like good upward swings are much rarer than bad down swings, and if you agree, you think that's just the way it is, or is it mostly due to tilting that leads to playing bad or beyond a person's bankroll. For me, I think I can be guilty tilting and making my downswing trend grow exponentially until I'm broke, and there are times when I think I controlled myself well, but shit just keeps coming until I go broke anyway, but perhaps that's just wishful thinking and I still got a lot of growing up to do in the felts.

thats awesome i too build up my bankroll, seem to then go to a big cash table, and lose it all. Ive done this so many times its rediculous. I always want to go for the big money as soon as I build up my bankroll to around 500 dollars then its big cash table time. I want to know how to get out of this habit, any suggestions?

Dont go to the cash table? If you do, never sit down with more than 5% of your roll. If you lose doing that, you are not a cash player, stick to tourneys.

part of being a good cash player is good bankroll management which sometimes hard to maintain..i usually win at cash table but find my self staying to long at the table with the downswing comes..you got to know when the fold and run..that is the part i am trying to master
