When I am bullied at some point I have to stand my ground. When I am card dead, my range of hands opens up to go all in preflop and hope for the best. Exactly what wagon596 indicated.

And I pay close attention to chip count and zones. And adjust my preflop play according to chip ratio and hand range opens up.

a bit reraise usually stops them - but the best is when you call their bluff - I love that - they usually stop

well, it depends where u are playing..
on client there are no rules for bullies except go all in with anything
