Lay in bed, wait till your head stops spinning and the disgust feeling goes away after a few days to a week (hopefully)
Then say if I ever want to be a profitable poker player I need to patch up any LEAKS...
Recognize that sports betting is a LEAK and you have no control over the outcome, regardless of Info you have...

Start a new day, focus on poker only and don't use money on anything, no sports betting, no BJ, no roulette, no slots, no craps etc.

Every player has some leak weather it be sports betting, playing in the Pits, drugs, stripclubs, girls, watches, clothes, whatever we just have to recognize it and fix the issue or it will be 10x worse when you make alot of money you'll blow it just as fast if not faster

I'd rather play at a table where I KNEW someone was cheating than bet $1 on a sports event. 2007 Patriots - best example of recent times. 16-0 reg season just to lose to a mediocre team with one timeout left after regulation!
