i just cant understand how some people who i have watched from here play highstakes in poker rooms. i played a $99 pot just now (which i won) and i was so nervous.. heart was pounding etc etc. how do you keep your concentration when all your brain is saying is... your about to lose.

Thats exactly why I am not playing cash game too much : D In tournaments I can fix it somehow, but in cashgame you are playing with money ALL THE TIME and every hand and you dont wanna fcking lose it DD

It sounds like your playing above your BR. Especially if that's the only table you are playing. Just sayin'...

I have to agree with some other posts about BR management. I never let a BI = more than 5% of my BR. Therefore I never have enough on the line to really make me nervous.
