you did the smartest thing by blocking those casino games, and yes there are a ton here who have blown there rolls. I stopped playing NLH cash games a long time ago. I started playing PLO .02/.04 and was in a good profit and then a wave of donks who think all 4 cards are good started crushing those micro games so I have steered away from cash games now and stick to $2 bounties, bumble bee's and PO free rolls for now.

Tilt tends to be a downward spiral. So to me the best advice is once you recognize you are on tilt be prepared to log off. Games run 24/7/365 so keep the time played on tilt to a minimum.

You give yourself some pretty good advice. Now listen to yourself.
Don't play the casino games. First the house would have an edge in an honest game but do you really trust the software not to give the house an even larger edge?
Don't play the super turbo/small stack tourneys. All you are doing is playing BINGO hoping to get a hand before you are blinded out.
Bankroll management. The pros say only risk 5% of your bankroll a day. Quit when you are up 10%, lose the 5% or just don't feel good about you play.
