I'm back!
It's been a long time since I posted. My wife and I enjoyed a nice 2 week road trip so I decided to take a month off from poker. We drove through the south and had a really great time. Furthermore, it was nice to take a little break from the grind and spend some time doing other things. But I am back now. I am ready and focused to finish the year out strong. I was disappointed that I didn't play in the Philly poker open main event but it was a profitable series with my second place finish in the PLO event. I am going to try to implement some more tourneys into my schedule and really work on my cash game skills in order to make these last four months the best that I can both live and online.
I did make it to the casino once in August for a session of 6-12 oe. I was patient and stuck to my rules and it paid off. I wound up winning $100 on the nose. I was down at the very start but kept my head up and grinded out a decent profit. It was a one session month which sucks but it was a profitable month and since I haven't had a ton of those, I will have to take what I can get. Lol. I feel good about September. I feel like things are going to turn around and start going my way. I want the last four months to be my most profitable yet and I think they could be. Good luck and see you on the felt.
