the routine must handle one game not to enter the monotony because sometimes we become owners of the game and we should handle it better.

I thought I was going to do this tomorrow but it looks like I have some time to kill so here is my month in review.
January goals:
Profit $1,000. Completed $1,040
Play 36 hours. Completed 42 hours
Have a 4 day winning streak. Failed 2 days
Have 7 winning days. Failed 5 days
Have no more than a 2 day losing streak Completed. 1 day
Play in one tournament. Completed 1
Win one freeroll. Completed 1
Overall it was a good month. I was happy to get the volume in and reach the profit goal I had set but I feel like I could have played more. I only played 7 days this month (live) and 1 day online. I had other responsibilities this month that will not be there in February so maybe I can get some more volume in this month. Volume is definitely a component of success in poker. You can be very skilled but if you did not give yourself enough opportunities, you cannot win in the long term. I forget who said it, but success is when preparation meets opportunity. I have made the preparations, (studying, reading, working on my game) I just need to give myself more opportunities. I hope everyone had a great January and that you will have a even better February. Good luck. And see you on the felt.
