    not at all. gdmp is loaded onto a debit prepaid. so, i can w/d from ne atm get cashback at the grocery store.

    Yes you can use at atms etc. like a prepaid debit card, you can also load to your paypal too. And shop online. Key thing is its safest because it can not be reversed like paypal sometimes do.

    yeah, people reversing their paypal has made it rough for people, but paypal also has some non-gambling restrictions. I think they wanna avoid any litigation possible.
