Gametime I think you are a good player. I have seen you many times on PO FRs. So I would say to you--apply the way you work your chips in a tourney to the way you buy in. You don't call half your stack pre-flop. So why buyin for 10 when you only have 20. I have the same problem as you. I always move up too quick. I spend a night starting with 20 and turn it into 500. Then I play 100-200 sngs. Good luck to us both, maybe we can turn it around. I have a best friend who is a mason. Im sure you dont put half your business on the line when you work either. The problem can be that since you are a good player, you have confidence. That confidence can turn to cocky arrogance very quickly. Its a fine line to walk. You crush a stake and move up too quick. I think you have the right idea with the discipline you are setting for yourself. Remember all buyins are math too. So allow for bad beats and varience with your buyins. Good luck as I hope it works out for you.
