You're right, it is in the process. But its been "in the process" for a while now and who knows how long till they actually pay out and at what rate they pay out.

The newest update was just a few days ago....USA Full Tilt Poker Players to be Paid Based on Black Friday 'Account Balances'. Many people on some poker fourms had been incorrectly speculating that FTP may pay based on Deposits Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration

I heard some reports that claims wouldn't be actually paid until 2014. Apparently processing is beginning shortly but i'm sure that will take some decent amount of time.

Anybody who is holding their breath waiting on money from Full Tilt is in bad shape...I doubt anyone will ever get that money back
