Freerolls are good training to up your discipline in preparation for big tournaments that you may one day play.
I also enjoy the private freerolls such as this site's. We have some quality players that will improve your game if you can hang and you don't have to perform for 5-6 hours to win 5 bucks.

depends on how much time u have/field of players/prizepool
so the $35-$45 freerolls here with a field of less than 100 people are worth playing, however the current stars freeroll with 900+ people and a prizepool of a meer ?10 not so much17:51 <PooffyFooffy> not everyone screws up things the way I can20:27 <PooffyFooffy> I could use all the help I can get, lol<PooffyFooffy>lol I have my share of duh moments, regularly, lol

Compared to the freerolls that merge has I dont know why you wouldnt play the ones here, odds are MUCH much better of winning some change. i guess with what Az said with stars hell no i wouldnt play for a second, not worth the aggravation..
