i do this all the time if i'm limped into and don't have anything on the flop.

good way to move on faster, knowing u draw dead and cant bluff

I've never done this and the logic behind folding a check seems dumb.

But I have had someone fold a check on him in a Real Life Tournament last month at a Casino and it kind kind of throws a wrench into the read machine for future hands (gives the player a more conservative spin)

dont ever fold... at least see if the river will be free ... i have won when i almost folded for no reason to save time with bullshit cards but on the flip i have saw a rabbited hand that i would have of won that i folded.. pointless in my opinion.. o yea i didnt read the first posting but i am assuming this is what you are referring to lol

If I completely miss, and have reason to believe that the other person is going to try to set me up for a check-raise.. I will fold the hand on the river if it is checked all the way through, also to prevent someone from getting an idea of my range.. If I hit on any street, there is a different story.

I could only consider it if it comes down to showdown and I dont want them to see what I had. But even then, I want them to see that Im playing garbage too lol
