I wrote this "no tilt" policy to help me stay off tilt:
1) If I choose to play, then I am playing at my own risk!!
2) MTT's huge variance!!
3) Micro MTT's very loose play!!
4) If I choose to play a hand, I am not guaranteed to win the hand!!
5) When I shove all-in, get called, at that point, the best hand wins!!
6) I have no control over what other players choose to do with their chips!!
7) I hope to play to best of my ability!!

I think the chat makes the time roll by quicker.......I don't let it bother me.....I just laugh at it and go on....I think it's fun.
