Yes exactly.

It's supposed to be by the end of this month, but if you decide to like a couple days (meaning 3-4 or so) into July, it's not a big deal, given you aren't joining just because your month is off to some great start, but rather you just didn't make up your mind until then.

If there are more than 2 people at a certain buy in, those people might do a winner take all if they want to. I'm cool with whatever everyone else wants as far as that is concerned.
