I can confrim this. Stars dont take our irish debit cards, You can go to like a newsagents and buy some paysafe thing or something that u can use to deposit on stars tho. Paysafe may be the wrong name. Just of the top of my head

Pm Stars and ask for the cards department a reason why your card doesn't work there

I was wrong, Double checked and i think its actually called ukash, Go to their site and it should tell you where u can go to get some. I was able to get them in gala or centra usually
