I just bet off my whole bankoll today. I got it in with the best of it, but I lost nonetheless. I really have been doing good with stayin at the low stakes, it just that sometimes I go and do things off of a whim. That's where discipline needs to come in. The big gams will always be there, so it's best to just to wait til you have the right bankroll.

No , no matter what game, even micro your whole roll should NEVER BE ON THE TABLE. If you dont have the bankroll you shouldnt be sitting, not when you have a site like this to build it up properly to play within your roll

one good thing i do to help keep the discipline is to have other games going, like maybe a freeroll or play chip game, this gives you an out for bordem, you can play anyway you want in these with no downside while keeping your focus on your cash game - to each their own but it does help me
