You're out of the positing, have KJo which honestly isn't such a good hand and you're re-raising the villain. He calls you, you bet flop, he keeps calling you down and on river he moves all in..... So it was very clear he wasn't calling with air. You should've re-evaulated on the flop .... after he called your bet again. Unless you had read on this guy that would give you reason to believe that he's a maniac. It definitely would've crossed my mind that he flopped a set. But you should've let this one go pre-flop. Would save you a lot of troubles. I understand though that once you saw turn it was hard to get away from that.
