I'm pretty new here, I haven't done any loans or trades or any of that, but before BF I was a horse, backed by other players, so I know a thing or two about getting shipped large sums of other peoples' money, building and maintaining trust, and how people act when they get caught. This is classic degen behavior, just like the guy who beats his wife at night but then showers her with apologies and praise in the morning. What usually happens the next night?
In this online world, you are only as good as your reputation, and you only get one first impression. Letting known scammers back into the system degrades the entire site, IMO. Set the bar high, keep the bar high, make no exceptions. It's insulting to every player who's never scammed when people like this get 2nd chances.

technically he didnt pay the guy $9, he paid him just over $5 the trade was $9 pokerstars for 2,225 points (i think maybe not exact amount) so taking advantage of the n00b there as well imo but meh trade was agreed
