Sure looks like it,,,,but there are many other reasons this could happen,,,,do you remember them dumping chips to each other before in the tourny ?

Could be collusion, or could be sometimes big stacks like to push the SS through just to be a dick.

It's not like collusion doesn't happen, send it to support and they can go through players hand histories and determine if it was a simple mistake or collusion.
