Wow, I really wish you guys would quit bringing up this old post. Carbon is not closed or has been closed. The shut off new USA registration... They said it would be back up in a month or two, but, has not happened yet. It may never happen. But that is what the OP meant. I hope ppl read this before responding to this post again.
