I'm new to this site...Do you need to post somewhere to get bounties, or do you just get them if you take the person out? :P I tried to find the answer to this question, but couldn't find it anywhere.

Bounties are posted before the tourney starts.. I pick random people (Usually people active in the chat) and then I post them
