just walk away if you busted out. If you still have chips left then I could suggest maybe taking a break before the assigned break comes. Need to clear your mind and be able to focus more so take a small break and come back fresh and start over.

wow. all of these are wonderful suggestions. I cant believe that i didnt ask the same question sooner. My technique is to throw the rest of the money i have left in the pot and go to bed when i lose

I've seen these techniques before (well, most of them). Part of what's hard I think is to actually follow through on them BEFORE you toss away another good chunk of money.

One of the few mental books ive read," With Winning In Mind" written by an multi-Olympic gold medalist shares many key points that have improved my tilt control. Imagining the feeling of winning/succeeding through emotion helps with playing your best
