stop playing remind yourself it just a game relax,listen to some good music and then, if you want ,go back at it or take the day off.There's always another poker game tomorrow or the next day.

The tilt will never go away, soon as you come back(from a break) it will just happen again. Never fails! Unless your on the lucky side you will always be getting bad beated online.. good luck

You can only control your own bets not others and you cant control what falls. Just need to learn to accept it and move on, and if your temper is so uneven you can't just laugh sometimes it might be best to leave the table and look towards tomorrow

Go on over to PO and get ripped off doin BS offers for awhile. Then go deposit 50-100 bucks and play some poker. I mean litterally they are taking 50% from a paypal deposit! Does Paypal know this?
