either or is a good idea. Everyone say something different.Id say go with a stop loss and if you win want you want play tighter

Time is always a better barometer than money goals for a session. You could set a stop loss and maybe a ceiling but I think it is far better to put a time limit on it. "I am playing for 4 hours" is better than "I am going to play until I make $50." Better more season pros will tell you to keep playing as long as the game is good. Hope this helps.

When you consider your bankroll. Do you consider it as what you have on one site, across all sights, what you are willing to invest total, and do you separate live from online. I usually play considerable lower stakes online. ie my min buy in live is usually twenty, whereas my usual online by in averages under five.

Bankroll management is hard man its the reason why most people cant win online.

Hell with it, just take all your money play the highest stakes you can, and either go home big or with nothing and try agine later lol
