I'd go with the books super system 1 and/or 2. If it's online use a HUD or calculator, if its live, well you will need to learn odds (There not that bad once ya get into it!)

i have a chance to win a signed book Reading Poker Tells" by Zach Elwood, im tied for tenth, but actually il be 11 so i need to win a tournament. and ill move up. hopefully i win this, that would be so cool. came close today, finished l think fifth. really too bad, so close i need that win.

Try to get a home game with friends and maybe their girlfriends. Environment is everything you don't want to take her down to the casino and be super intimidated. She should learn how to enjoy the game before she starts mastering it. It would also give you a chance to explain the game without having to watch replays or play online.

You can always teach her to play well....but trust me my wife is really good from watching me play online....but she will never grow a pair and learn to bluff at times lol
