i prefer xbox controllers over playstation, the playstation joystick just feels out of place. but when it comes down to it i play them for the games, i aren't fussed what platform it is.

I like XBOX over Playstation.
I like the online setup.. I also downloaded some poker game that plays with Microsoft points but it's very boring.

PS4 obviously. The blu ray player is a selling point + good games. I really don't have time for either atm, which is why I got rid of mine. Xbox does have some good games that I sometimes have in the past wished I could play on PS3.

It depends what kind of games you play IMO. I own a PS3 and Gaming PC. Xbox has more exclusives for the FPS play like COD. So if your into that kinda thing then Xbox is probably your best choice. PS3 however doesn't charge to play online and when you pay for PS store upgrade they give you free games for x amount of time which is pretty sweet. PC gets a lot of discounts from various sites like STEAM which again is a great added bonus. The graphics are always better on PC however gameplay can be lacking sometimes when a console game goes PC. There's a word for that but I can't remember it at the moment. Cross platform or something idk.
Edit: As a side note games have gotten so expensive since the PS3/Xbox 360 era having more than one usually leaves one system gimped. With almost no resale value after 6 months and PS3 limiting the number of consoles a game can be linked to drastically reduces a games value after the fact. This probably doesn't affect those who have tons of money their willing to throw at games every month but to those of us who have a limited number of expendable income we have to decided if a game is going to be worth buying. For example I will buy a game if I think it will be enjoyable to play 6 months down the road. This way $60 dollars split over 6 months of play is worth the money spent. Thinking of every game as if it were a subscription has saved me and probably lots of other people a ton of money. Especially considering some games are only good for one play through are you willing to pay $60+ for 3 1/2 hours of fun?
Eh anyways this is my thought process hope you enjoyed.Last edited by liquidxskin; 06-02-2013 at 12:51 PM.

Sold one of my Xboxes, got another one ready to sell. Own a PS 2 Slim. Have played maybe 50 hours between the 2 Xboxes and the PS2 Slim in 5 years of owning them. In the future I would get the PS system. Do not like the idea of the xbox gold membership.
