How do I plug in a old wired xbox 360 controller?

Well I went to my grandparents and I found an old xbox 360 controller in the basement. I know it's xbox360 cause it says xbox360 on it but it doesn't plug in. Theres like a little circle thing at the end and theres no way to plug it in. I was wandering if this controller won't work on this xbox360 version.

look on front of xbox should be two lil slits with covers on the rigth front side you just push it in one of those GL lmk if you cant find them

You need to be outside. Lift the lid.And plug it right in the top. Of your trash can.
