My favorite would be Elder Scrolls V SKYRIM. This game is loaded with side quests and things to do that has keep me playing it for the last 2 years off and on.

I like Skyrim, but honestly I enjoy playing anything by Bethesda. They crank out interesting free roams that are consistent and tough to put down.
