    It seems the Nfl has been so balanced in the past and with all the rules changes and updates it is sometimes hard for the established teams to maintain pace with the League so its not that the Cowboys "Suck" its a matter of a slight distraction on both sides of the ball and Team Management has to somehow make vaild efforts to create balance and then and only then will a winning program start to fall in place,and as you may know some teams are focused on other things as when Contracts are a issue in Pro Sports so things like winning take a back seat to other things !!!
