    Sunday picks thread - 10/20/13

    Since I'm running a sports betting stake promotion (listed here: http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/f17...2-a-22954.html) it can't hurt to see what some of you like today to sway me. Plus we are all degens anyway so I'm curious what everyone's got.

    Historically, this is the week where the bookies start really making profit and the lines are tighter, because people psychologically dont like taking dogs and unders. Looks kinda tough to me, but I'll start it off with my picks:

    KC (-6) vs. Hou (Case Keenum? CASE KEENUM?!?!? Plus KC is 5-1 ATS, Houston is 0-6)

    Det/Cin o46.5 (Seems criminally low)

    Tenn (+3.5 OR ML) vs. SF (Tennessee gets Locker back today, are 4-1-1 to the number and the D has looked tough all year - they are always in a game)

    STL (+7.5) at Carolina (Cam Newton historically is NOT good back-to-back. He's 0-5 in his last 5 games when his rating was over 100 - I think this is an inflated line because of what Carolina did last week in Minnesota)

    Den/Ind u56.5 (As good as Denver has been all year, Indy has been TOUGH at home. I think Indy slows this game down big time.)

    How do you feel about taking the colts at +6? I think they're going to try to dominate the time of possession and keep manning off the field as much as they can. Not saying they're going to win but think they can keep it within a score

    Im not sure. I like the over, not like either team has a secondary right now.

    If you REALLY wanna take to Colts, just wait til about 8PM EST - that line will go to 7 or 7.5 by kickoff
