    They had a very small chance of getting anywhere in the playoffs and with Rondo out - any chance they had is gone. I think before the trade deadline, they were gonna make some trades to get a big that can score and rebound. But I doubt they will try anything major now...

    with little slim out Celtics have NO chance. He is my fav player in the league and has a heart like few do

    how long is he out for? I have not heard this

    Im a celtics fan and I didnt think they had much of a chance this year. They need to blow the team up and get some nice draft picks start the rebuilding process.

    He tore his ACL - those take up to a year to heal. Derrick Rose has been out for a long time and still hasnt returned. We've seen Adrian Peterson bounce back fast so I guess its not impossible to come back fast. I think Danny Ainge said he'll be back by October.
