Its clear that when you hear a noise in the middle of the night you dont bother looking to your left/right to see if your significant other is in bed or if the noise could be them. You simply get the gun and start to fire.

Honestly i dont think the incident went down anything like he is trying to potray in court. From what i read he was a ticking timebomb and that night just happened to be the night he exploded.

I don find it amusing that his whole persona is that having no legs doesnt make him different and that he can race people that dont have any disabilities. Then all of a sudden he is up for murder and he starts to say he felt nervous and vulnerable because he has no legs which caused him to shot first, ask question later.
