ROger clemens took 4th in 1999, Jose Canseco took 5th and Barry BOnds won the Tour de france in 1998 I believe but was stripped of his oversozed tecticles by HGH. ITs the same shet baseball and cycling - the sports would be dead with out drugs/doping. They generated a lot of money and it was part of the game unfortunatley. Lettem keep his medals and asterisk his azz.
