SHANE WARNE (Australian cricketer) CHARGED $5000:
Veteran leg-spinner Shane Warne has been fined $5,000 for acting "against the spirit of cricket" during the semi-finals of Australia's Big Bash Twenty20 League.

Warne captained the Melbourne Stars throughout the league but passed the captaincy to team-mate James Warner in a semi-final against the Perth Scorchers to avoid a possible suspension for Melbourne's slow over rate.

Fiery knocks by Raina (89*) and Rohit (83) helped India beat England by 5 wickets in the 4th ODI to take an unassailable 3-1 lead in the 5-match ODI series with a gane to spare .

Australia vs Sri Lanka 5 ODI(23 JAN 2013): Moises Henriques and Xavier Doherty took three wickets each to capitalise on Phil Hughes' unbeaten century on Wednesday as Australia beat Sri Lanka by 32 runs and share the five-match limited-overs series 2-2.
